Vinyasa
Dynamic. Uplifting. Strengthening.
Expect to flow with your breath. While maintaining a clear focus on alignment and awareness of breath, these classes build internal heat and aid in detoxifying the body. Vinyasa will increase physical and mental discipline. The Vinyasa style targets physical strength and flexibility through the body.
Slow Flow
Mindful. Supportive. Fluid.

Slow Flow is ideal for those days when you want to cultivate awareness of movement and breath at a steady pace. This style is super supportive so also great for the newbie and allows you to take things at a slower pace. The slower fluid transitions between poses encourage mindfulness, resilience and time to tune in.
Gentle
Easeful. Nurturing. Stillness.
Despite its name in a gentle flow practice we are still able to build strength, mobility and flexibility but in a slow and nurturing way. These practices usually have longer holds and stillness between poses. Great for those who might be physically or mentally recovering, or just in need of a slower paced time of our lives.
Yin
Surrendering, Spacious. Passive.

In a Yin class, floor poses are held for 3-6 minutes, each targeting joint and ligament stress and enabling muscles to soften. In holding poses for longer periods of time, you are able to work into the connective tissue known as fascia therefore this style is great for rehabilitation and restoration.
Your Yin practice is the true meaning of ‘rest day’.
Chair Yoga
Accessible. Supported. Mobility.
Chair yoga can be great for seniors or those with limited mobility. These practices are also great for those who just sit all day and need a quick mobility break at their desks. (ie, almost EVERYONE!)
The chair is used as an apparatus that can help you feel supported in movement and stretches.
Yoga Conditioning
Mobility. Strength. Stability.
A fuse of functional and dynamic mobility with the mindful principles of yoga. These classes are a way for us to build strength, cardiovascular fitness with recovery in mind. Expect some repetitive movement sequences and a household prop or two thrown in!
Myofacial Release
Therapeutic. Releasing. Applied Pressure.
“Myo” means muscle and “Facia” is the connective tissue that covers and supports all the muscles and bones throughout the body. Myofascial Release works with opening this deep connective tissue and acts a little like a self massage, often utilising props like a tennis ball or blanket for pressure or trigger point work in the body.
Mindful mediation
Connecting. Purposeful. Present.
You will by guided in your mediation experience. The idea of mindful mediation is to be fully aware and conscious of your thoughts, emotions and surroundings in the moment. Here you are learning to observe your thoughts as they arise without judgment so that you may start to understand them more clearly and befriend them.
